I would like to file a formal complaint against Sony corporation for their unwillingness to replace a defective item. We purchased a Sony Bravia 55inch LCD TV on 10/1...on 10/8 the item was received, and on 10/11 we installed it in our home. On 11/24 we noticed an issue - after having an authorized repair technician come out, it was determined that we needed a new radiation sheet, and display panel.
