I ordered a promo product from Vapor Pak for $9.99 but failed to click on the very small print at the bottom of the order form...big mistake...I was obligated to a $99.00 charge and a monthly charge of $49.00. When I tried to cancil and get my money returned to my credit card account, I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone and finally was given one half of my money back. Three weeks later, the money has not been posted to my credit card account and I am still fighing with these people.
