Jewelry Television has at least one class action lawsuit filed against them for deceptive selling practices. They sell their gemstones without any grading or standards. They sell their diamonds as "cleanest brightest, whitest" which for an ethical seller would translate as flawless D color diamonds when none of JTV's diamonds are above industrial or promotional grade. Tanzanite sellers around the world grade their gems as A, AA, AAA etc, but JTV doesn't even grade them at all so one ever knows what they are going to get. What... read full review »
