We tend to expect the medical profession to perform medical procedures to a higher standard of compliance than most businesses, but there are area's of this profession where Doctors perform surgery's and produce zero results time and time again. I speak of Vasectomy reversals. it seems the medical watchdogs that keep Doctors and their advertising honest have let these people slip by without accountability.
