I am staying in NGO Colony, Link Road, guindy. I got a new ration card 1 month back and i have registered once. Now i have gone to the Ration shop 3 times for purchase of sugar and other items. They are sending me back again and again that some other person has to come and put entry in the new card. I have spent nearly 6 hours standing in the queue, buying nothing and going back home.
