I over paid my phone bill. Telus would not return my money, or allow me to speak with a person authorized to repair my situation. When I attended their office for the purpose of getting a refund, I was arrested at the request of Telus, taken away by the Burnaby RCMP (police), handcuffed, finger-printed, photographed, and charged with uttering threats.
