Dear Sir, I took a personal loan from HDFC bank on the condition of debiting my a/c for EMI from ICICI bank every month, my 1st month's EMI was deducted sucessfully but since then from 2nd month they have called me saying they are not able to process my EMI so i need to call my bank and resolve my issue...they have not sent me any letter but keeping on calling me as if i am a defaulter and abusing me daily...on email of them says some issue with ECS and other says some issue with my signature...
