I made the mistake of ordering a trial of this product with only a shipping charge. Fortunately I had printed off the receipt for my payment which included a phone number to cancel. When I realized my mistake I telephoned the company and was told I couldn't cancel until I received the product. So I called back and told them I had received the product and wanted to cancel.
