we bought a whirlpool waterheater two years ago, it went out, whirlpool replaced it but we hyad to pay to have it put in. I'ts not our fault it went out.they should have paid to have it put in too! we are on a fixed income this does not help our situation any, please resolve, we should get our money back for the labor! read full review »
