I did a survey for a $1 to sample their makeup (then included was shipping and handling) so my $1 turned into $9. I received an email that the product was shipped on 12/10/09 I did not receive it until 12/15/09 (holiday mail) then they charged my account on 12/18/09 which was 2 days early for the 10 day trial. But I supposedly received a trial that was to last 60 days. These containers will not last a couple of weeks. Hence the point for the free trial - you expect trial size.
