I wrote a complaint to you about the obama HAMP Home Affordable Modification Plan and could not follow up...It will take an Act of God for me to Obtain a Modification of my Interest Only Home Equity Loan. HOPE referred me to the Treasury Dept and they even led me on to believe that the reason Wachovia Rejected me, a total of three times, was INVALID. June 08 2010 without consulting me they closed the case. First the HAMP people led me arounfd for three months and a year later the same thing happens with the treasury Dept. I live at the Fairways at Brookside In Macungie PA. It is on a "home equity loan Interest only." I am on "Social Security Disability" since 1989. In 1992 I was deemed "Financially Incompetent" by Psychiatrist & East Stroudsburg PA Court.
