I just had the most unpleasant experience. My husband & I bought our 9-year-old daughter a 32 inch Toshiba LCD TV from Best Buy for Christmas. We brought it home and it sat in the box for a few days before my husband had time to set it up. He took the TV out of the box and put the base on it and plugged it in. The TV didn't work. He called Toshiba and explained the problem and they said no worries just bring it back to Best Buy - They have a 30-day return policy and we could just get a new one.
