Someone called me about 13 months ago asking me to sign up for their service and during the sign up process he told me that there is a $40 REFUNDABLE security deposit that I need to pay to sign up. After using the services for a few months I realized that the call quality is poor and unusable. After talking to customer service/technical support nothing changed. I went ahead canceled the service and paid the bill and asked the refund of the security deposit. They said they can only give calling card instead of money.
