I ordered the Alfred Hitchcock TV series on DVD for a Christmas present. I was contacted by my credit card company since they felt the charge was unauthorized. I did state I ordered the DVD's on line and to let the charge go through. I was contacted by Brenda who stated she was from Planet DVD and was contacting me about my credit card being declined. I explained they contacted me and I have authorized the charge. She stated she would put the order through. I have not received the order and started contacting them.
