I just purchased this norton 360 Version 3.0 upgrade, on september 2, 2009. each and every time i turn on my computer i get a renewal and a threat of being unprotected. I dont understand why that is, its only been 3 months since i purchased the protection from your company. can i get a number so i can talk to a real person instead of a automated recording.
