WELLS FARGO LIED AND STOLE OUR HOME! Ladies and Gentleman, some of the details have been changed to protect the lawsuit, but this story is all to true. Well, like so many others I have been reading about, we got three months behind on our mortgage. We recieved a notice from Wells Fargo stating we were facing forclosure and that unless we got caught up our house would be sold on November 20, 2009.
