I am very angry with thing happened with me when i enterd Taj Green cove a 4 star hotel in Trivandrum.
The security there are really careless and they don't bother about others property, When i entered the main gate of Taj a security stoped for security check and when he closed the back door, we damaged the body making a bend in the door. read full review »

The service is very very bad, they are not reliable. A small pack took around 7 days to reach from Cochin to Trivandrum, where the distance is only 220 kms.
They are not having a known office in Trivandrum, not any responsible people, they keep telling it will be deliverd to your residence in 1 hour and it will take a day or two. read full review »
