i have purchased a k-81 touch screen mobile vide order no.111354891 which has beeen blocked as per the govt rules due to non genuiness of the IMEI No. i have made 2 complaints to the customer care 1)39600 and 2)50393 dt.4, 12th dec.2009 but no reply from the indiatimes shopping which they have promised to exchange the mobile within 5 working days . read full review »
