Watch out. Verizon/Idearc has changed its phone book name again to Verizon Super Media Book. Think 20s something with an MBA from Florida Central University and a nose ring. . Think hooker with a blond wig. These people try to sell you "products". You might need their phone book "product" if you sell to people who look in the phoone book, elderly perhaps. This company bundles charges resulting in a bottom line that can be obscure. Arrogance at the top doesn't help. You might want to check out Tri-State PEO for possible dramatic savings. read full review »

Idearc Media Company (formely Verizon) sold me a very murky mailing program that was supposed to be free in that it was included in a complicated "bill in advance" procedure. When turned out to be far from free I consulted my paperwork and found an even murkier billing code that was completely unreadable. The company offers no satisfaction. read full review »
