I have a Massage Envy contract. I have been going for the last 6 months or so. Overall, it has been a wonderful and relaxing experience. I have had 2 or 3 issues regarding my appointment times and assigned therapist. My concerns were readily addressed. However, most recently I had a massage. My massage started late which I easily dismissed: perhaps a client prior to my time was late, with the Holiday Season the traffic has been overwhelming or perhaps it was something else entirely, so be it.
