Vizio customer service is the worse that i have ever dealt with. I bought it from Costco and finally I decided to replace it with a Sony. I wasn't asking for my money back, i just wanted them to fix it. They told me i had to plug a DVD into it, I don't have a DVD, so the customer service told me to go borrow one from a neighbor. What idiots. The last time i spoke with the customer service department they told me to get a new comcast box. It must be comcast since i have the same problem with different boxes. NEVER BUY ONE, in fact when I was in the store the other day i talked 2 people out of buying one. read full review »
