HELLO My name is Dolores Gordon, I have been trying to get an interest rate re-modified for over 3 months and I am still waiting. Sent all necessary inf, doc, etc, and still no results. They give you a web site to go on to check the progress and it hasn't changed. I called several times to inquire and now access to my own account has been denied. I currently have my mortgage with Wells Fargo, so I asked who was my actual lender, all they could give me was China.. Our money actually goes to China, they just collect it and then send it to China. How do you like living in Fairfield, Connecticut and find out that China owns your house.. read full review »
