Went to Arby's 2 days ago at 9pm. The woman who was running the joint had locked the door even though the dining room was not closed and let us in, she then proceeded to lock us in the restaurant. My boyfriend had to use the restroom, and she refused saying the restrooms were closed! That's ridiculous and in violation of state law; if you have an open dining area for X amount of people, which it did, you must provide a restroom.
