Certified Acai advertisements are misleading. The website states that if you return the product unused and contact the company you will be refunded. This is not the case. There are 3 different contact phone numbers. None of them work. I tried to call many times only to be automatically connected to a hold- answering service. I was on hold for over an hour each time and never spoke to a human being. The website has a customer complaints email address that automatically responds.
