I would be eternally grateful to anyone who has any advice on my problem. At the beginning of October I ordered a USB dongle from 3 Mobile. It never arrived and whenever I called them they couldn’t track it. I asked to cancel the order, but they said I couldn’t until I had received it. I never received this dongle. I cancelled my direct debit, but then started to receive bills from 3.
