I booked round trip flight (UA 0334) from Minneapolis, MN to Chicago, IL for my family. However, my wife decided to stay home with our 15-month baby instead of taking chances with airport delays due to expected snow storms in Midwest region. I called the Customer Service line and requested that the ticket of my wife be cancelled. I was told that if I cancell one both of the tickets would be cancelled.
