My wife purchased three votive "Unscented" candles for $6 and change at Yankee Candle. Contrary to the description, they had a heavy scent. When I went to return them, I did not have the receipt. The manager said I could only get a store credit despite the fact that there was nothing else to purchase and the product was not as labeled. I then sent an email to the company, they replied their policy required a receipt to credit my card and that I could give candles as gift to someone else. They would not refund my $6 and change. I have since found unscented candles at Pier One at a fraction of the cost. read full review »
