My wife and I have memberships at the River Oaks Massage Envy in Houston, Tx. I have had 2 or 3 prepaids used by a customer in their store in Plymouth Minnesota and have been unable to have the problem corrected. I wanted to cancel my membership and have all prepaids on my wife's account and those taken from me on my account credited to my credit card. If this is not done within 30 days I will file a fraud claim against the company.
