I am a very frustrated Direcpath customer. The internet and cable have been giving my problems from the very beinging. Anytime we would try to disconnect and reconnect a cable to the t.v. the internet would stop working, and vice versa. I was dealing with this until all the sudden it stopped and decided not to come back on at all! My internet went out. I put in a request after finally getting someone on the phone after waiting for what seems to me to be a ridiculous amount of time.
