Have just arrived back in Dublin from Valencia via Madrid with Iberia. We should have taken an 8.30 flight to Madrid and catch a 12.00 midday flight on Monday. All morning we watched planes from other airlines arrive from and depart to Madrid while we got no information. We did get a snack voucher! Finally leaving at half one, we got into Madrid at half two to find the flight was cancelled. We joined the 200-metre queue - at that stage - for customer service.
