My mother had an eye exam from a Dr. in the local LensCrafter store and then ordered glasses with the help of Debbie in that store. This was in November with an estimated delivery date of 11/23/09. It is now 12/21/09 and we still do not have the glasses. The store blames it on their lab because they did not make the glasses as ordered. I made a call over a week ago and Debbie then advised that the lab was just sitting on the order since they didn't know how to fill it. This is very bad customer service!! read full review »
