They charged my credit card $19.95 per month. We didn't notice it for the first two months. When we called to question the charge, the FIRST teleprompt was "press 1 to cancel", which speaks as a huge clue toward customer satisfaction. They said I clicked on a banner, which I NEVER do. I know I did not give my credit card or e-mail address info either, which they somehow had. They also said they mailed information (U.S. mail), but we never received anything (they don't have my mailing address anyway). This is a SCAM. read full review »
