I placed a call in to Jean on 10/24/2008 in regards to charges for service not rendered on 4/21/08. I have yet to hear back from her after indicating I would receive a $845.00 refund. I have called numerous of time, but to no avail. As of the week of 12/15/2008, they can't be reached as their numbers are out of order.
