At first I thought them a scam. They I talked to the guys working. They told me they were homeless before VSO gave them the ability to participate in a OJT Program with housing and stability. They said today they were off the streets, learning to fend for them selves and regaining self respect. They told me to call the VA Volunteer Service Division, Assistant Director Mike Brennan in NYC VA or the Chief Ms. Cintron.
