I downloaded a free 30 day trial ware package which I canceled during the trial period because it did not perform as advertised. I was still charged 39.99 In addition I was billed for an even more expensive product which I did not order. My account was billed 64.99 for this product. I went through my Banks services and recovered my money. Now a month later I am again being billed for the same product which I never ordered and never received.
