I was on line and a warning came over my computer and stated I had multiple worms, viruses, ( I have virsu protection which this Security tool blocked me from using) and I clicked many times to get rid of but the more I clicked to remove it it became more pervasive it became to the point I could do nothing but pay them to get a number to be refunded. I asked to speak to the operator's supervisor and he refused and at one point hung up on me. I did get a refund so far! I have seen othe compliants againat them. read full review »
