I was told I was buying a warranty for a 1 time bulb replacement on a Sony DLP KDSA2000. The bulb went out 12/25/2009 and the warranty out 12/01/2009. Warrentech states they can not do anything and to call Brandsmart. I called them several times without resolve. I am so disappointed in all the money I paid for no assistance at all.
