I ordered the complete series Beauty and the Beast from these thieves because of the 100% satisfcation they 'guaranteed'. When I received the boxed collection, it was obviously a bootlegged copy of dvds put in an old fashioned VHS cassette case that was cracked and scratched! I couldn't give this as a give to my mom.
