error of making two payments so both went out to saxon mortage for dec 2009 two different weeks they accepted the 2nd after they deposited the first one called talked to karen gowens supervisor and was told they would not refund me back the money. now i am overdrawen in the bank and racking up late charges . all she said over and over was taxes went up not true i have a statement from taxes they went down every month they want more money from the customers someone needs to investagate this company i am going to file with BBB read full review »
