On Dec 22, I was booked to fly from Denver to Charlotte to Philadelphia on USAirways. The flight from Denver at 9:30 was delayed for unexplained reasons, meaning it would arrive late in Charlotte. As my flight from Charlotte was booked for 11:35, I was sure to miss it. I asked in Denver at the USAirways counter what they could do for me.
