Burger King located in Port Arthur Texas needs to improve their service. There are only a couple of Burger Kings within 30 miles of my home, but this Burger King consistently has poor service. The people hired to work there seem to be mentally challenged, but most mentally challenged people are nice. These workers are rude. They rarely get the orders right. They take the money for a drive up order, then tell you to pull up where you wait for a long time.
