Choice Home Warranty's contract states under IV coverage (Coverage Dependant on Plan): item #6, "Water Heater (Gas and/or electric) INCLUDED: "All components and parts, including circulating pumps, except: EXCLUDED: "Access - Insulation Blankets- Pressure reducing valve-Sediment build-up - Main, Holding or storage tanks..." How does it cover "all components and parts" but not the container and tanks? How do you hold the water if not in the container or the tanks?
