My name is Santosh Srivastava. I booked a flat in Aura chimera (NH 58, Ghaziabad) 2 years back. Till date there has been no progress on the project and now the excpected date of completion is April 2011. I discussed the matter with Nitishree several times but no result. Nitishree has refused to return me the money despite having a clause in the builder buyer agreement.
