CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ELECTRONIC DEPT. I understand policies and laws, but if the company fail to show these policies and laws (in each Dept that the policy applies to) so that ALL the customers can read them, then the company is providing POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have no problem with their policies and laws, but give me a chance to know about them before I buy the product.
