I bought a laptop in 2008 for $2800.00. When I fanly recived the laptop it was broken and missing keys, it looked like it came from a yard sale or second hand store. I called to report it and the sale rep. was aggress, I kept on call for almost a year and now the web-site has been taken down, can not get hold anyone in the service department. Now I have ended up with a broken laptop and no printer and no gifts. Someone needs to do something, we need to get our money back, does anyone know who we can contact. read full review »
