When I tried to order ONE Snuggie through their automated website, I got to the end of the order only to find out that they actually had charged me for FIVE! There was no way to cancel the order at that time, and when I called, I only got an automated "help" line. After I finally got through to some low-payed idiot on the phone, all I was told was that since it was an automated system, he didn't have any access to it, nor could he make any changes to the billing.
