ordered trial of hydroxatone, was not satisfied with product. I called Bellezza Products, LLC. Was told had to wait for next shipment to cancel. Was given an address and a number that needed to go on the return address. Was told to take to post office and mail return reciept requested. Product didn 't arrive. Thought cancellation had taken place. In checking bank statement it showed that another $69.95 was deducted from my account. Again contacted company, explained what had happened. Was told that I had to return product in order to cancel. I explained I could not return a product that I did not receive. read full review »
