In December right before Christmas, I received two unauthorized shipments of coffee from seattle coffee direct. I called the number on the package several times and was asked to leave a message. This company is a scam and the Food network has them on their website. Their billing for the coffee is unhbelievable. I believe they charged me 79.00 I am at my wits end to try to get a refund for this coffee that I never ordered. What a scam. I am reporting them to the attorney general and and to the better business bureau in my state to see if any action can be taken against this disgraceful company and their unlawful business practices. read full review »
