Recently my wife had cause to use the 118500 service to contact the local police. The call was transferred by BT but was charged as if my wife was talking to them, when my bill arrived from Virgin media the cost of the call was WHOPPING £28.00. On speaking to virgin media I was informed that I had to pay and take it up with BT YEAH RIGHT!!! Feeling very ripped off at the moment. read full review »
