Although I am in Charlotte, North Carolina, this is not isolated to this city or state. I had contacted Cricket via their 800-CRICKET number and after finally getting a human being, I proceeded to supply a new card number for bill payment since my old card expired. Unfortunately, I was dealing with someone outside of the United States. THIS IS A HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND A TRAGIC WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
